What counts as a 'Location'?

One premises is one Location. Each Location is tracked as up to two sites — Front of House and Back of House — each with its own checklists, staff list, and compliance records, but billed together as a single Location. A restaurant and a second branch would be two Locations.

How does per-Location billing work?

Each Location you add is billed as a separate subscription at the same rate, regardless of whether it's tracked as one site or split into Front of House / Back of House. There are no user limits or feature tiers — the only variable is the number of Locations you run. Add a Location, add to the cost. Remove a Location, remove that cost.

Do I pay per user?

No. User count is not a billing factor. Add as many staff members as your Location needs — managers, chefs, kitchen porters — at no extra cost.

Can I cancel or change billing at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again. If you switch from monthly to annual billing, the change takes effect at your next renewal date.

Is there a discount for running multiple Locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your per-Location rate drops automatically as you grow: £35/Location/month (£350/Location/year) from 5 Locations, and £30/Location/month (£300/Location/year) from 10. It's applied automatically based on your active Location count. For very large enterprise groups, get in touch to discuss pricing.

Question 6

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your account is locked rather than deleted. Your records remain intact and can be exported before cancellation. If you resubscribe, you pick up exactly where you left off.
