How to Delete Your Culinary Key Account

Users can delete their account at any time through the Culinary Key platform. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile and associated data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

Delete Your Account Inside the App

To delete your account directly within the app:

1. Open the Culinary Key app or login through the web platform.
2. Navigate to: Dashboard → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action will permanently delete your user account and associated personal data. Business and audit records may be retained where legally required (e.g., food safety compliance logs).

Request Account Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, you may contact our support team:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Data Removal Timeline

Once an account deletion request is submitted (either via the app or email), the following occurs:

• Your user profile and login credentials are permanently deleted.
• Personal data associated with your user account is removed from our systems.
• Compliance-related business data (e.g., food safety logs) may be retained for up to 90 days or longer if legally required.
